LPMA Productions is an independent production company founded in 2006 in northern Finland by filmmaker Mari Soppela and composer Leo Anemaet.

LPMA’s documentaries are European co-productions that have been presented at international film festivals, on television and in cinemas. They often use personal stories to explore broader social issues.

Its latest documentary, It’s Raining Women, was released theatrically in the Netherlands and broadcast on Arte France (Le plafond de verre) and Arte Germany (Die Gläserne Decke). In Finland, it premiered at the DocPoint Documentary Film Festival in collaboration with Yle Docventures.
